Starters (choose one):

"Tzatziki"
(Greek Cucumber and Yogurt Salad)

Greek Salad
(lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives and feta cheese
in a light olive oil / lemon juice dressing)

Stuffed Grape Leaves
(stuffed with basmati rice, roasted red peppers and Mediterranean spices
marinated in olive oil and lemon juice)

Entrees (choose one):

Moussaka Sampler (ground lamb or vegetarian)
Greek style lasagna, made of layers of eggplant, Parmesan cheese, meat and tomato sauce with a touch of cinnamon and lightly crusted with golden-brown bread crumbs.
The Vegetarian version is enriched with Mediterranean spices, lentils and astonishingly creamy and delicious béchamel layer, topped with Parmesan cheese.

Souvlaki (Greek Kabob)
This Greek specialty is made with tender cuts of chicken, marinated in a lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and spices and served on skewers with slices of crisp onion and green pepper.
